Prejudice against other cultures is the central theme of “O Sonho da Laurinha”, the new children’s book by Célia Sousa, coordinator of the CRID Resource Center for Digital Inclusion, from the Polytechnic of Leiria, which has just been presented at FOLIO – Festival International Literary of Óbidos.
The approach to the topic is made “through the story of Laurinha, a Brazilian girl who dreams of living and studying outside Brazil”, explains a press release from the School of Education and Social Sciences of Leiria, which highlights the multi-faceted nature of – book format.
